FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $75.00!!!

If you are not satisfied with the item for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days and receive a full refund of the product price.  Simply notify us via e-mail at Customer.Service@AnimalFigurineStore.com within 30 days and you will be given instructions to return the item.  Sorry, but we are not able to refund the shipping cost.  Once placed, orders can not be redirected or cancelled.  The item would have to be delivered, then returned.

Products are shipped by UPS Ground and take 10-15 days to arrive.  Sorry, but due to the rising cost of shipping, we do not provide priority or overnight shipping service.  For orders between:

• $00.01 - $19.99 add shipping cost of $4.00
• $20.00 - $29.99 add shipping cost of $4.50
• $30.00 - $39.99 add shipping cost of $5.00
• $40.00 - $49.99 add shipping cost of $5.50
• $50.00 - $59.99 add shipping cost of $6.00
• $60.00 - $74.99 add shipping cost of $6.50
• 75.00 + FREE!!

We reserve the right to use an alternate shipping method.  However, this will not affect your shipping charge.

We only provide shipping to Continental US Residents only at this time.  However, if you are in Hawaii or Alaska or outside the US and desperately want an item sent to you, special arrangements may be made for an additional shipping cost.  Simply e-mail us at Customer.Service@AnimalFigurineStore.com.  

We ship mainly via UPS Ground.  UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

If the item you purchased is out of stock, you will be notified and given the following options:

• Receive a full refund
• Exchange for an item of equal value
• Wait for the item to be back in stock

If you ordered multiple items and you would like a refund of the back ordered item, your shipping cost will be adjusted to your benefit.  For example, if you received free shipping because your order was over $75.00, but the refund of the one item makes your order less than $75.00, you will still receive free shipping.  Or, if your shipping cost was $5.00 based upon your initial order, but the refund of the one item reduces your order to a lesser shipping cost, you will pay the lesser shipping cost.

The state of Kansas and the state of Florida require that we charge 7% sales tax on all orders being shipped to these states.
